JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Specific Skills:  Customer oriented and excellent communication skills.  Expert knowledge of windows 10 features.  In depth knowledge of various Windows 10 deployment scenarios for enterprise.  Knowledge and experience in data backup and recovery.  Troubleshoot and fix common software installation issues in windows 10 endpoints.  Expert level knowledge in configuring Microsoft Office suite and associated tools and plugins.  Manage user profiles and user state virtualization on windows end points.  Customer oriented and excellent communication skills.  Manage desktop and application settings using Group policy.  In depth knowledge of operating system deployment feature in Microsoft Systems Center.  Experience building and maintaining windows 10 gold image for enterprise.  Manage antivirus installation on endpoints.  Manage disk encryption on end points. System administrator skills - Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange , DNS , DHCP. Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field.  Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) – Windows 10  Microsoft Certified professional ( MCP) – Systems Centre Minimum Experience:  A minimum of 8 years of total IT work experience  Minimum 2 years’ experience deploying and supporting Windows 10 endpoints in an enterprise.  Hands on experience supporting end users with software installation on endpoints.  Experience managing and administering Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange , DNS , DHCP is desirable.
