JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities & Skills: • Design, develop, test, and deploy dashboards, reports and ad hoc analytics utilizing a mix of BI tools, scripting as required, APIs for seamless end user experience. • Design and develop custom made business intelligence solution according to the business requirement using BI applications. • Support and implement OBIA best practices throughout the BI SDLC. • Prepare, enhance and configure meta data and data models using OBIEE. • Build interactive dashboards with drill down effect through Oracle BI Answer. • Develop and design complex data structures, ad hoc queries, reports and analytics. • Develop the repository models and create variables in the repository. • Oversee the security of data warehousing and produce alert system. • Improvise query performance using SQL Query and filters, thus aiding in smooth operation of the query execution. • Develop and document the functional and technical BI requirements including data lifecycles. • Create and maintain documentation for BI systems for enabling frontline operations support teams. • Document code consistently throughout the development and/or enhancement process. Required Technical Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent. • Overall IT experience 6+ years. • Oracle OBIEE experience 4 years. • Relevant certifications. • Experience in installing, configuring, validating and maintaining OBI Analytics applications such as Financial Analytics, Procurement and Spend Analytics, HR Analytics, Projects Analytics and Supply Chain and Order Management Analytics. • Experience gathering requirements and translating to design concepts for business review for BI applications. • Experience with the OBIEE 11g Unified Framework creating reports, dashboards, KPIs, Scorecards. • Experience in other Data Integration tools is a plus. • Experience in other Data visualization tools like Qlik view, MS BI is a plus.
