Customer Navigator - Mobile App is an initiative by Insurer to provide its customers
with corporate information. This smart phone application provides ease and efficiency
to customers, agents and potential customers in searching for Insurer's Panel hospitals
and doctors, Branches and Clinics. With Customer Navigator, Insurance Companies
can better serve their community by providing a quick and convenient guide to hospitals
and medical practioners in the country. This solution is not an end in itself but
an enabler to have a continuous facility for business to provide customer service
of highest order.
• Settings - Option to select the location, override the location detected by GPS
• Explore -Search functions for Hospitals, Doctors, Clinics or Branches. It include
all doctors by specialty with indicate cashless admission facility, Include “Bank
Branch” BANK branches, where PH can utilize the banks' ATM networks to pay for their
premiums. It allows user to use the map in their devise i.e. Google Map etc.
• Search - Specify information on Hospitals, Doctors, Clinics or Branches.
• About - Brief introduction of the application, terms & conditions and privacy statement.
• Contact -List of contact details e.g. address, phone number, operation hours, email, URL for PAMB website and Face book page.
• Emergency- List of emergency contact details e.g. Police and Ambulance, Fire and Rescue Department, Civil Defense and Private Ambulance Services.
• Useful Info - Brief information on claim process e.g. To Do’s and Don’ts, Pre - Authorization process. It includes claim process for non panel hospital and clinics. It also includes
tips and awareness e.g. hospital admission process, payable/non payable items, card waiting period, etc.
• Admin -Administration module for uploading / updating of information i.e. hospitals, doctors, clinics, branches & etc.
